COOING UNMANNED PRIVATE HIRE
= TERMS AND CONDITIONS =
👉 All party venue is Minimum 3 hours hiring
(The price is the same even if the number of guests is less than 30 people)
👉BOND – $200 bond is held as security over
fair cleanliness, equipment misuse, theft and time of vacancy.
The bond must be paid at the time of booking.
The bond will be refunded within a day of
completion of the service rendered & fully paid for.
👉 Our private hire fee depends on option of venue hire.
A $200 refundable deposit and hiring fee
is required to be paid to confirm this booking.
👉 Cafe Cooing is a specially designed place
for kids party or mum's group venue hiring.
It is suitable for under 6-7 years old.
👉 Hirer and guests are to vacate the venue by the booking time.
Venue extensions are currently charged at $100 per hour.
The period of hire shall commence and conclude strictly as the agreed
on the ‘Venue Hire Application Form’ and the venue must be vacated promptly
at the conclusion of the hiring period.
An extra charge will be requested for any additional time used which is not booked in advance.
👉 We collect all guests and contact number when you confirm the booking.
Guests who are not on the list are not allowed to use the venue on the day.
Also, guests for no-shows on the day is non-refundable.
👉 All goods and equipment provided by the hirer
(including music equipment, decorations, leftover food/drink etc.)
must be removed from the premises within the hire time period.
👉The hirer must use all bins provided and ensure all rubbish is disposed of correctly.
If the premises are not cleaned as required at the end of the hire period,
cleaning costs will be incurred.
👉 Cleaning and pack up time must be included within the hire session time.
👉 The maximum capacity of the venue is 40 people.( included hosts)
(kid & adults) If this term is breached, a fee may be charged.
👉 Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
Alcohol and drug consumption is not permitted on the premises.
👉Please be aware that the venue is located in a residential area and tenants live in the building
and due consideration must be given regarding noise.
Excessive noise could incur a fine for which the hirer is liable.
👉 For any damage incurred by the hirer or one of their invited guests,
the cost of repairs will invoice and require payment.
👉 If any activities in or around the venue instigate the attendance of the Police
(during hire or thereafter), a fee may be charged as detailed in the Schedule of fees.
👉 Hirers are responsible for the security and safety of themselves, their guests and the building
and grounds during the time of hire.
Hirers are also responsible for the behavior of guests at their event.
The hirer must allow unrestricted access to the venue at any time by Cooing staff
on official business, security officers and emergency officers.
👉The hire fee for the Cooing is (including GST), deposit to accompany this application.
Fees may be paid by online transfer bank details specifying your name for identification.
👉 Socks must be worn at all times.
This includes both children and adults supervising in our play areas.
👉 Bare feet are not permitted for hygiene and safety reasons.
👉 We are welcome to bring your own catering.
Food will be permitted to be consumed on the table only.
( No food in the kids play area )
👉The kitchen is not available for preparation, heating or cooking.
You can use Microwave, kettle and toaster only.
Any other electric appliance is not permitted to use. The kitchenette must be left clean and tidy.
👉 COOING provide cutlery, cups, plates and rubbish bags.
All these equipment has to be cleaned after using venue.
Sink can be used only for washing dishes. All rubbish must be removed in the rubbish bin.
👉Toys, ball pit balls, chairs tables have to be packed away.
👉After use of confetti, party poppers, piñatas and sparklers, has must be cleared.
👉 No Balloon attachment and wall Decorating
(you can use your balloon or decor only put on the table or decoration pannel (cooing provided)
not attach wall or other equipment)
(A FEE MAY CHARGE WHEN YOU ATTACH THE BALLOON OR DECORATION ON THE WALL
OR OTHER EQUIOMENT – INDDOR AND OUTDOOR)
👉No cake smash.
👉CCTV is recording 24 hours a day in the cafe. (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)
👉2 hours free street parking
👉Prices and packages exclude GST and are subject to change without notice.
👉All function guests are subject to the rules and regulations of COOING as stated.
