We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled party time for set up and food preparation.
Any cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the party to refund $ 200 deposit.
All reservations will be completed after the reservation deposit of $200
Please understand that a refund is not possible if it is canceled within 2 week.

COOING PARTY PACKAGE
= TERMS AND CONDITIONS =
BOND
– A $200 refundable deposit must be paid
at the time of booking, after which invitations are issued.
All reservations will be completed after the reservation deposit of $200
(we will fully pay back if there is no issue after the party) and venue hiring fee is fully paid.
Special cleaning if required will incur a cost of $150.
No smoking / No alcohol is permitted in the cafe.
Socks must be worn at all times.
This includes both children and
adults supervising in our play areas.
Bare feet are not permitted for hygiene and safety reasons.
You are welcome to bring your own catering.
Food will be permitted to be consumed on the table only.
( No food in the kids play area )
No shoes inside.
CCTV is recording 24 hours a day in the cafe.
Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
All function guests are subject to the rules and regulations of COOING as stated.
